Application Features
This product is classified as a representative species of monomeric carbodiimide hydrolysis-resistant stabilizer and it is widely used in polycondensation class engineering plastics(PET,PBT, PA, etc.), biobased and biodegradable plastics(PLA,PPC,PHA, etc.) and polyester type polyurethane elastomer, adhesives and coating systems , which gives excellent hydrolysis resistance to prolong service life of products under harsh working conditions such as high temperature and moist conditions .
Bio-SW 100 can be used as hydrolysis-resistant stabilizer?in PU system , adhesives and PET, PBT. The recommended dosage range is 1pbw /100pbw polyester polyol in PU systems ,?about 1.0 to 2.0 parts relative to solid content(by weight) in adhesive system.,and about 1.0 to 2.0 parts ( by weight) in PET and PBT system.
